As a long-time professional in "Patient-Centered" care, I strive to find ways to improve the way we engage with our senior community and anticipate their needs.

I fell in love with serving seniors in the Lincoln community over the last 10+ years. I am dedicated to empowering families on making informed decisions about their care. 

I oversee all facets of Human Resources starting with recruiting and onboarding new employees. Additionally, I ensure health, safety, and compliance in the workplace through policy and procedure creation and implementation.

I manage high-risk patients with multiple chronic conditions and improve patient outcomes while coordinating transitional care, prioritizing communication, and providing excellent customer service.

I serve as the first point of contact for clients and Caregivers to ensure clear communication between all personnel. I work closely with human resources to set up interviews for potential new team members and organize employee events to foster a positive work environment.

I prioritize sharing Home Care Partners' integral role in the senior community through our Culture of Caring, services, and expertise through press, social media, blogs, and more.
