Our company was built from the ground up to serve with a Culture of Caring for seniors in and around our community, Lincoln, Nebraska.
We hire caregivers that have the same calling and high standards for care that we do. Together we will create a customized care plan that improves health outcomes and provides safety, comfort, dignity, and companionship.

Andrew Carlson
As a long-time professional in "Patient-Centered" care, I have helped hospitals and health systems across the nation improve the care that they provide to their patients. I have a passion to promote education, communication, and care coordination by sharing information and identifying services and needs which impact older adults in Nebraska.
I strive to find ways to improve the way we engage with our senior community and anticipate their needs. We value the feedback that we receive from families about home care to celebrate the great care being provided, and to make any adjustments in care to ensure the best experience possible.
The culture we created involves trust, innovation, and inspiration to improve the experiences of our aging population.
Karla Frese
I fell in love with serving seniors in the Lincoln community. I enjoy being able to inspire elders to live self-directed lives. I am dedicated to empowering older adults and their families to make informed decisions about their care.
I’ve found a calling and have spent over 10 years in Lincoln supporting our aging population. I have a passion to continue learning about healthcare, the aging process, dementia, and the needs of our community.
It is rewarding to be able to help others live with meaning and purpose by experiencing the highest quality of life possible.
