Hometown: Ord, NE

Tell us something about yourself.

I grew up in a big family. I have three brothers and a sister. In fact, I live with two of my siblings now. I am super thankful for my family and love spending time with them

What was your best home-care moment with a client?
My best home-care moment was when I took a client to get a pedicure. He had never had one and was a little unsure of if he'd like it. A few minutes in he looked over and said "I think we should do this more often." It was fun for both of us because he got to try something new and fun and I was able to find something that made him happy.

Where and what are you studying?

I'm a senior at UNL, studying business management with a minor in political science.

Why do you like being a caregiver?

I like being a caregiver because it gives me a chance to make a difference in my client's life. I love being able to make each day fun and enjoyable.
