We have dedicated our professional lives to caring for others and providing them the greatest quality of life, wherever they call home. Our company was built from the ground up to serve with a Culture of Caring for seniors in and around our community, Lincoln, Nebraska.
Andrew Carlson
As a long-time professional in "Patient-Centered" care, I strive to find ways to improve the way we engage with our senior community and anticipate their needs.
I have a passion to promote education, communication, and care coordination by sharing information and identifying services and needs which impact older adults in Nebraska. The culture we created involves trust, innovation, and inspiration to improve the experiences of our aging population.
Karla Frese
I fell in love with serving seniors in the Lincoln community over the last 10+ years. I am dedicated to empowering families on making informed decisions about their care.
I have a passion to continue learning about healthcare, the aging process, dementia, and the needs of our community. It is rewarding to be able to help others live with meaning and purpose by experiencing the highest quality of life possible.

I oversee all facets of Human Resources starting with recruiting and onboarding new employees. Additionally, I ensure health, safety, and compliance in the workplace through policy and procedure creation and implementation. I work to make sure all current and potential employees have the resources to feel supported and provide the best care possible.

Care Manager
I manage high-risk patients with multiple chronic conditions and improve patient outcomes while coordinating transitional care, prioritizing communication, and providing excellent customer service.
I am dedicated to caring for our clients and families as my role focuses on reducing hospital readmissions through increased supervision, medication management, nutrition, and planning for the future.
